[Performance Evaluation]

Antiviral Performance Evaluation
Test sample: PVC sheet containing 1.5% SR-AVP-803

Test Method:
1. Inoculate the test specimen with 0.4 mL of viral suspension and cover with a sealing film.
2. Hold in a temperature-controlled chamber at 25°C for 24 hours, then recover the virus by washing.
3. Determine the viral infectivity titer using a plaque assay.
Sealing film: PE

Test Virus 1:
Influenza A virus (H3N2), strain ATCC VR-1679
Host cells: MDCK cells (derived from canine kidney)

Test Virus 2:
Feline calicivirus (F-9), strain ATCC VR-782
Host cells: CRFK cells (derived from feline kidney)
