ARONVIS Technical Information

ARONVIS X-series products are fully homogeneous polymers with excellent solubility and uniform crosslinking. They suppress stability problems caused by uneven crosslinking and improve fundamental properties such as curability and gel strength.
They comply with Japan’s Pharmaceutical Excipients Standard and Standards for Ingredients of Quasi-drugs and are registered with China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

Features

① Consistent viscosity upon dissolution with minimal change over time
   ② Maintains excellent adhesion

Development Concept

Relationship Between Concentration and Viscosity
ARONVIS is a polyelectrolyte. When dissolved in water, sodium ions dissociate from the polymer structure, leaving the polymer ions with numerous negative charges. Interactions between positive and negative charges extend the molecules and produce a thickening effect. Higher ARONVIS concentrations result in higher viscosity.

The viscosity of ARONVIS aqueous solutions is affected only slightly by pH changes under alkaline conditions, but is significantly affected by pH under acidic conditions.
