Development Concept

Relationship Between Concentration and Viscosity
ARONVIS is a polyelectrolyte. When dissolved in water, sodium ions dissociate from the polymer structure, leaving the polymer ions with numerous negative charges. Interactions between positive and negative charges extend the molecules and produce a thickening effect. Higher ARONVIS concentrations result in higher viscosity.

The viscosity of ARONVIS aqueous solutions is affected only slightly by pH changes under alkaline conditions, but is significantly affected by pH under acidic conditions.
